Looking for a Infatica alternative?

Infatica sells residential traffic as monthly GB quotas, from 25 GB for $96 to 1000 GB for $2,600. That works when your volume is predictable. When it isn’t, you either pay for GB you didn’t use or move up a tier.

Storm Proxies is the simpler option for teams that run their own scrapers or SEO software in the USA and EU. You pick ports or threads, and bandwidth is unlimited. What you lose is Infatica’s global targeting, SOCKS support and non-USA dedicated IPs. Weigh those before you switch.

The 500 GB residential plan, priced out

Infatica’s 500 GB residential plan makes a fair benchmark: think of a monitoring job that runs every day. Here are both monthly prices, as listed on each site today.

Infatica residential, 500 GB plan$1,350/mo$2.7 per GB, billed monthly. Annual billing takes 20% off.
Storm Proxies residential, 5 ports$50/moNo quota. Push 500 GB or several TB through the same ports.

Even the cheapest Infatica residential plan, 25 GB for $96, costs more than Storm’s 5 ports, and it stops at 25 GB. To run more connections on Storm, you step up to 10 ports for $90 or 20 for $160, still with no data count.

Dedicated datacenter is different, and here Infatica can be cheaper. It lists $1 to $1.50 per IP with unlimited traffic, against Storm’s $2 per proxy. Storm’s dedicated proxies are USA only, with virgin IPs, a 1 Gbps network and 100 concurrent threads. If you need dedicated IPs in Europe or Asia, Infatica has them.

One more point on the quota model: Infatica bills residential plans monthly, so a slow month still costs the full plan price. Storm works the same way, but our fixed price buys unlimited traffic rather than a GB ceiling, so a busy month never forces an upgrade.

Quotas versus flat plans

Infatica sells residential traffic in monthly quotas. Pay as you go is $4/GB. Plans run 25 GB ($96), 100 GB ($360), 241 GB ($700), 500 GB ($1,350) and 1000 GB ($2,600), with custom pricing above that. Each plan includes up to 20 proxy lists of 1000 ports and an API tool.

Storm sells capacity. Five residential ports run five connections at once, each getting a new USA or EU IP every 5 minutes, for $50 a month. How many gigabytes go through them is your business, not ours.

Where Infatica is stronger

  • Targeting. Country, city and ISP level on residential, with its IP portfolio listed by country on its pricing page.
  • SOCKS support on residential, ISP and mobile. Storm is HTTP(S) only.
  • More product types: mobile, static ISP, shared and dedicated datacenter, plus an API tool.
  • Dedicated IPs on six continents, from $1 per IP.
  • A larger residential pool: 45M+ IPs, compared with Storm’s 20M+.

Where Storm Proxies is stronger

  • No residential quota. Unlimited bandwidth on every residential port.
  • Rotating datacenter by thread. 700,000+ IPs behind one gateway, rotating every request or every 3 or 15 minutes, from $14/month.
  • A short, clear refund rule that covers datacenter too: Infatica’s refund page excludes ISP and datacenter proxies.
  • Packs for specific jobs: ticket sites, AIO Bot, Instagram, Facebook and other social networks.
  • Instant access. Gateway IPs show up in your member area the moment payment clears.

Who each one is best for

Price and product monitoring

For USA and EU stores, Storm residential ports keep the cost flat however many pages you fetch. For stores in Brazil, Vietnam or Saudi Arabia, Infatica’s country targeting is the better tool.

SEO tools

Rank trackers and link tools that need a fresh IP per request run well on Storm rotating proxies, 40 threads for $39/month.

Static IPs

Need a fixed USA IP? Storm private dedicated proxies start at 5 for $10/month. Need one in Germany or Canada? Infatica.

Tickets and social accounts

Storm has ticket-site residential packs and private Facebook proxies (5 for $15/month) ready to go.

FAQ

Storm Proxies vs Infatica: questions people ask

What’s the best Infatica alternative?

For scraping and SEO work in the USA or EU, Storm Proxies is a strong alternative: flat monthly plans with unlimited bandwidth, residential from $19/month and rotating datacenter from $14/month. If you need worldwide residential targeting, SOCKS or dedicated IPs outside the USA, look at providers with a global network.

How much do Infatica residential proxies cost?

Pay as you go is $4/GB. Monthly plans are 25 GB for $96, 100 GB for $360, 500 GB for $1,350 and 1000 GB for $2,600. Annual billing is 20% off. Prices checked October 2026.

Does Infatica have a free trial?

Not a free one. Infatica offers a 7-day residential trial for $4.00, and its refund page says a started trial isn’t refundable. Storm has no trial, but its smallest package of each type has a 24-hour money-back guarantee on the first order.

What is Infatica’s refund policy?

Its refund page excludes payments older than 10 days, trials that have started, payments under 5 USD, and all ISP and datacenter proxy purchases.

Are Infatica datacenter proxies cheaper than Storm’s?

Per IP, they can be: Infatica lists dedicated datacenter IPs at $1 to $1.50, against Storm’s $2 per proxy (5 for $10/month). Storm’s include unlimited bandwidth, 100 concurrent threads and a 24-hour money-back on the smallest package.

Does Storm Proxies support SOCKS5?

No, only HTTP(S). If your software requires SOCKS, Infatica supports it.

How hard is it to switch from Infatica to Storm Proxies?

Quick, for most tools. Infatica hands out proxy lists with login-password or IP whitelist auth. Storm gives you gateway IPs after payment; you whitelist your server’s IP in the member area and paste the gateways into your scraper. There are no proxy lists to regenerate, because rotation happens behind the gateway. If your workflow depends on Infatica’s API tool or city targeting, plan to keep those parts elsewhere.
