Refund policy details

Important: Using Storm Proxies for any illegal activity, like hacking accounts, will result in account termination without a refund.

The refund policy is valid only for your first order. You can’t order the service again and again and ask for a refund more than once. After you’ve been refunded once, the refund policy no longer applies to you.

24-hour money-back guarantee

A 24-hour refund (money-back) is available on the smallest package of each proxy type.

Test the proxies risk-free for 24 hours. If you’re not happy, email us within the first 24 hours after payment.

All packages other than the smallest (cheapest) package in each proxy group are not refundable.

Want to test our service? Take the smallest package, test it, and if you’re happy, simply upgrade to a bigger package.

Canceling your monthly subscription

Each of our plans creates a monthly subscription in your PayPal or bank account.

You are 100% responsible for canceling your monthly subscription on time, before the next billing cycle.

You can cancel in 3 ways: inside the Storm Proxies member area, by contacting support, or by using the cancel subscription option in your PayPal account.
