How to buy proxies with Bitcoin or other crypto

Crypto payments are manual. Contact support with the package you want, and we send wallet addresses for BTC, ETH, USDT on TRC20 or BNB on BEP20. Send the package price in USD value, reply with the transaction ID, your username or email and the package, and we activate it once we confirm the payment.

Updated October 2026Choosing & buying

Plenty of people want to pay for proxies in crypto: no card on file, a business that already runs on stablecoins, or simply a preference. People search for things like “backconnect rotating proxy with BTC”, find a checkout that only shows cards and PayPal, and wonder whether crypto is possible at all. It is. It just doesn’t go through the order page.

We handle crypto by hand. That keeps it simple on our side, but it changes three things for you compared with a card: you start by contacting support, activation happens after we confirm the payment rather than the second you pay, and nothing renews automatically.

This guide walks through the exact steps, which coins and networks we accept, how to get the amount right with network fees, what to send us so we can match your payment, how monthly renewals work, and the mistakes that delay activation.

Which Storm plan fits

Pick the plan exactly as you would for a card order: rotating threads for scraping and SEO tools, residential ports when targets block datacenter IPs, dedicated proxies for accounts that need a fixed IP. Crypto doesn’t renew by itself, so a longer plan means fewer payments to send; card and PayPal checkout is instant and recurring if you prefer that.

Rotating proxies (from $14/mo): 700,000+ IPs behind fixed gateway IP:PORTs. New IP on every request, or every 3 or 15 minutes. USA, EU, USA+EU or Worldwide. Unlimited bandwidth on every plan.

Get 40 threads for $39/mo See all rotating proxies plans

Before you start

  1. Log in to the member area and copy your gateway IP:PORTs. They never change; the rotation happens on our side.
  2. Add the public IP of the computer or server that will run your tool under Authorized IPs, click Save, and allow up to 15 minutes before testing. Rotating and residential proxies use IP authentication, so there is no username or password.
  3. Dedicated proxies work with either IP authentication or a username and password. Use user:pass if your IP changes or the tool runs on several machines.
  4. Count your threads: the tool’s total open connections must stay within your plan (for example 40 threads on the 40-thread plan).

How to pay for proxies with crypto, step by step

  1. Choose your package

Decide which plan you want first: for example 40 rotating threads ($39/mo), 5 residential ports ($50/mo) or 5 dedicated proxies ($10/mo). The sizing guide helps if you’re unsure. All prices are in USD.

  2. Contact support

Write to us through the contact page. Say you want to pay with crypto, name the exact package (product and size), and which coin you plan to use. If you already have an account, include your username or email.

  3. Receive the wallet addresses

Support replies with wallet addresses for the coins we accept: BTC, ETH, USDT on TRC20 and BNB on BEP20. Use only the address for the coin and network you’re sending. Other coins, such as LTC, are not accepted.

  4. Send the package price in USD value

Send crypto worth the package price in US dollars at the time you pay. Your wallet or exchange charges a network fee; make sure the amount that arrives covers the full price, not the amount before fees.

  5. Reply with your payment details

Reply to support with three things: the transaction ID (hash), your username or email, and the package you paid for. The transaction ID is how we find and match your payment on the blockchain.

  6. Wait for confirmation, then set up

We activate the package once we confirm the payment. Then log in to the member area, authorize your IP under Authorized IPs (rotating and residential) and copy your gateways. Setup is the same as for any other order.

  7. Renew each month the same way

Crypto is not recurring. Before your period ends, send the next payment and reply with the new transaction ID, your username and the package.

Crypto vs card or PayPal: what changes

  • Speed. Card and PayPal checkout on the order page is instant: access is live the moment you pay. Crypto is activated after support confirms the payment, so it isn’t instant. We don’t promise a fixed time; it depends on the blockchain confirmation and on support matching your transaction.
  • Renewals. Card and PayPal create a monthly subscription that renews by itself (and you can cancel anytime). Crypto never renews: each month is a new payment and a new transaction ID.
  • Where you start. Card and PayPal start on a plan page. Crypto starts with a message to support.
  • What you get. The same plans, the same pool, unlimited bandwidth and the same setup. Payment method doesn’t change the proxies.

If you need proxies within minutes, for a test or an urgent job, card or PayPal is the faster route. If paying in crypto matters more than speed, the manual route works for every plan.

Which coin and network to use

We accept four options. Pick the one you already hold, on the exact network named:

  • BTC on the Bitcoin network.
  • ETH on Ethereum.
  • USDT on TRC20 (the Tron network). A stablecoin, so its dollar value stays near the price you’re paying while the transfer is in flight.
  • BNB on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain).

The network matters as much as the coin. USDT and other tokens exist on several chains, and every address belongs to one network. Support tells you the network with each address. Sending over a different network (for example ERC20 to a TRC20 address) can mean the funds don’t arrive where we can see them, so if you’re unsure, ask before you send. Exchanges ask you to pick the network on their withdrawal screen; choose the one that matches the address support gave you.

With BTC, ETH and BNB the dollar value moves while you pay, so calculate the amount at the moment you send and check that what arrives covers the package. Stablecoin users don’t have that problem, which is why many customers pay in USDT.

What to send support (copy this)

Short messages get matched fastest. For the first contact:

  • “I’d like to pay with crypto for [package, e.g. 40 rotating threads, USA]. I’ll pay in [BTC / ETH / USDT TRC20 / BNB BEP20]. My username or email: […].”

After you’ve sent the payment:

  • “Paid for [package]. Transaction ID: [hash]. Coin and network: […]. Username or email: […].”

Include the full transaction hash, not a screenshot of your balance. You can copy it from your wallet’s transaction history or from the exchange’s withdrawal record.

Which package to buy, and the money-back condition

Choose the plan by job, not by payment method:

  • Scraping, SEO tools, rank tracking: rotating proxies, 40 threads ($39/mo) for most single-tool jobs, 80 ($59) or 150 ($97) for several tools or browser automation.
  • Sites that block datacenter IPs: residential proxies, one port per IP you need at once: 5 ports ($50) or 10 ports ($90) are common starting points.
  • Accounts that need a fixed IP: private dedicated proxies, one per account, $2 each.

The 24-hour money-back guarantee covers the smallest package of each proxy type, on your first order only (10 threads, 1 residential port, 5 dedicated proxies). If you want to test before you commit, a quick option is to test the smallest package by card or PayPal for instant access, then pay for the full plan in crypto. Ask support about refunds on crypto payments before you send one. Use is subject to our rules: no reselling, hacking, torrents or illegal activity, and outgoing email ports are blocked.

The amount received is below the package priceNetwork or exchange fees came out of the amount, or the coin’s price moved. Ask support how much is missing and send the difference with its own transaction ID.
